Coach to 10k

I found a running programme which builds you up over 13 weeks from not being able to run at all to being able to run (supposedly) 10k!

I thought it sounded like a straightforward way to get fit and would keep me on track as I have a tendency to run a lot for 3 weeks and then not do any more running for 3 months.

Each week I will outline the training that I am supposed to be doing and at the end of the week let you know how the training went!
